Only time for two slices of deli turkey, not enough blueberries, and 3 almonds. I'm guessing this is about a one block 'meal', but I need to get a food scale to train my eye for meat blocks.
I'm eating only lean meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts and oils, in zone-like proportions for one month, September 2008. I'm only drinking water, no milk, juice, soda or alcohol. I'm crossfitting consistently. I'm going to see what consistent discipline and focused effort, with absolutely no cheating is like for one month.
